About Me

I have worked for many years, formerly as a social worker, and for over 25 years as a psychotherapist, supporting adolescents, adults and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

I trained at The Minster Centre, where I completed an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy in 2000, and I have been registered with the UKCP since 2004.

Over the years I have worked in a variety of NHS and therapeutic settings, including CAMHS services supporting adolescents struggling with eating difficulties and self-harming behaviours, adult drug and alcohol services, and inpatient eating disorder services. Alongside my clinical work, I have provided consultation and training within the NHS, the private sector, and psychotherapy training institutes.

For many years I was a Tutor and Head of Year at The Minster Centre, where I taught Object Relations and clinical skills, as well as supervising counsellors and psychotherapists in training.

I have been in private practice for over 25 years and am based in Kew, working with adolescents, adults and families.

I facilitate supervision groups for experienced and newly qualified psychotherapists and offer individual supervision.

As part of my ongoing commitment, I have spent many years in my own therapy. I see this as an important part of remaining reflective, grounded and emotionally engaged alongside continuing to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

I am recognised by Aviva, AXA and Vitality Health.

I am conveniently located within easy reach from Richmond, Barnes, Chiswick and Brentford with convenient good access by Rail and Underground from many parts of London.
