Supervision

I provide individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.

Alongside being a professional requirement, supervision can offer a valuable reflective space for learning, support and professional development. I have over 20 years experience supervising within private practice, the NHS, the voluntary sector and psychotherapy training organisations.

For many years I worked as Head of Year and supervisor for finalist psychotherapy trainees at The Minster Centre.

My approach to supervision is integrative and informed by contemporary relational ideas, psychodynamic, somatic, humanistic and existential thinking. I aim to create a supervisory relationship that is collaborative, thoughtful and supportive of clinical development, personal reflection and growth.
